Choreography

 

Joanne McLeod has choreographed numerous ice shows from the opening of "The Ice Palace" in West Edmonton Mall to "The Calvacade of Lights" in Toronto City Hall.  Too many to name all but some choreographed highlights were solos for Ice Theatre of New York, Top Ten Individual Solo for CTV "So You Think You Can Dance" and 2001 ISU World Championships Gala.

 

Her ensemble highlights include Artistic Director of Ice Theatre of Toronto with resident choreographers Ellen Burka and Osbourne Colson.  Recognition became more evident with the only Canadian Gold Medals in Mens and Ladies Interpretive Event for ISU Skate Canada in 1990-1992.

 

Enjoying the artistic process Joanne collaborated for many unique opportunities with different productions such as Hard Rubber Jazz Orchestra, FireWorks Productions, NHL Awards, Opening Vancouver Convention Centre, Luminous Group Hong Kong and the 2010 Winter Olympic Games Figure Skating Gala
